Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Craque FC website or family app, or book, buy or attend training with Craque FC. Craque FC is operated by Vagner Ventures LLC ("Craque FC", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these terms.
Our services
Craque FC offers private and small-group soccer training in the Falls Church, Virginia area. Sessions take place at fields, parks and training spaces we choose; the exact location is shared when your booking is confirmed. Coaching focuses on skill development. We don't promise any particular result, team selection or scholarship.
Accounts
- Family accounts are for parents, legal guardians and adult players (18+). You're responsible for the information you add for your player and for keeping your password private.
- We approve new family accounts and may decline or remove access, for example if information is false or these terms are broken.
- Please keep your player's health notes and emergency contact up to date.
Free trial session
Each new player may take one free trial session. There's no charge and no obligation to buy a packet afterward.
Training packets
- Packets are prepaid bundles of sessions (currently 4, 8 or 12 sessions). Prices are shown on our website at the time you buy.
- Each packet must be used within 90 days of purchase. Sessions not used within 90 days expire.
- Packets are for the player named at purchase and can't be resold. Ask us if you'd like to move sessions to a sibling.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change in the future, but never for a packet you've already paid for.
Booking, rescheduling and cancellations
- Sessions are booked through our online calendar.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session.
- If we cancel a session (for example because of weather or field closure), the session goes back into your packet and isn't counted.
Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Health, safety and the training waiver
- Soccer is a physical sport and carries a risk of injury. Before a player's first session, a parent or guardian (or the adult player) must sign our training waiver in the app.
- Tell us about any health condition that could affect training. Players who need an inhaler, EpiPen or other medication should bring it to every session.
- Players should bring water and wear shin guards and suitable footwear. We may pause or stop a session if conditions or behavior are unsafe.
- For players under 18, a parent or guardian (or an adult they've authorized) must be reachable during sessions.
Conduct
We expect respect toward coaches, players, families and the places we train. We may end a session or a relationship with a family if behavior puts anyone's safety or wellbeing at risk. In that case we'll refund any unused sessions at the per-session rate of your packet.
Photos and videos
We only share training photos or videos of a player publicly if you agreed on the training waiver. You can change your choice at any time.
Our content
The Craque FC name, logo, website, app, drills and homework videos belong to Craque FC. You may use them for your own player's training, but please don't copy, resell or republish them without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Craque FC's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the packet involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. The training waiver also applies to participation in training.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Fairfax County, Virginia, unless the law requires otherwise. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve things directly.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top and let families know in the app. Changes don't affect packets you've already bought.
